Deacon’s ministry 

The goal of this ministry is to review all recommendations requiring church action; and perform such duties with integrity as the church may designate. The purpose of the deacons is to assist the pastor and to oversee care for members of the congregation and those in need.

The members of this ministry are recommended by the pastor and deacons to the church as a nominee to become a deacon, and must be a active and supporting member of this church.

The members of this ministry are recommended by the pastor and deacons to the church as a nominee to become a deacon, and must be a member of this church for at least two years. They must meet the qualifications given in Acts 6:3; namely, that they must be of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom.
The members of this ministry have wards established and are assigned according to last names.
They visit the sick, hospitalized and shut-ins
